This is an exceptional Head of Project Delivery Management opportunity to work with a leading UK-based technology services business, taking ownership of external customer project delivery excellence and best practice, leading the project management and portfolio office to ensure governance across the project lifecycle.
The Head of Project Delivery Management is a hybrid working role, based in either London or Lancashire, with occasional customer site travel as required.
As Head of Project Delivery Management, you will own and elevate end-to-end project delivery across a large-scale customer portfolio, driving measurable improvements through best-practice delivery frameworks, strong governance, and disciplined resource management. The Head of Project Delivery Management will have proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream delivery portfolios within technology or telecommunications services, alongside deep expertise in PMO/Portfolio Office leadership, delivery assurance, risk management, and financial forecasting. Focused on delivery maturity uplift, the Head of Project Delivery Management will identify root causes of delivery inefficiency, embed standardised tools and processes, and improve predictability, quality, and commercial outcomes, while acting as a senior escalation point and trusted, customer-facing delivery leader.
