This is a fantastic Junior Network Engineer contract opportunity with an established, successful tech company.
The Junior Network Engineer contract fulltime onsite – 5 days a week in the Middlesbrough area.
The Junior Network Engineer contract is Outside IR35.
As Junior Network Engineer you will work join an existing team helping on a range of Networking projects. Previous commercial experience as a Network Engineer with Cisco is essential as is a CCNA certification. In addition to a hands on Networking background, the Junior Network Engineer, needs good Troubleshooting and Switching. Routing and cabling etc are also essential as Junior Network Engineer with any BGP, EIGRP, route maps, HSRP, prefix lists etc being preferred. Good all round IT (including Windows 11, M365 etc) knowledge is essential as Junior Network Engineer is required with Switching (STP, VLAN, trunking) and knowledge of VPNs and firewalls is also required as Junior Network Engineer.
