This is a fantastic Senior Customer Success Manager opportunity to work with a leading technology services organisation, engaging with key B2B customers, managing full lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
The Senior Customer Success Manager is a remote working role, ideally based in New York or on the East Coast.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal. The Senior Customer Success Manager will work closely with sales, solutions, and product teams to drive adoption, value realisation, and long-term retention. Building proactive success plans, engaging senior stakeholders, and positioning the company as a critical enabler of business outcomes is key as Senior Customer Success Manager. The ideal Senior Customer Success Manager will have 3+ years’ experience in customer success, consulting, or account management within a SaaS/PaaS or software-led environment, with a proven track record of delivering strong GRR and NRR. Excellent stakeholder management skills and a solid technology market understanding is essential.
